Terms & Conditions 98win – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia's Online Entertainment

Welcome to 98win. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 98win platform — including the website, mobile app, and all associated services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and 98win as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 98win platform.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy 98win, which also forms part of the entire agreement between you and 98win.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 98win platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age on the date of registration
• Residing in a geographic region permitted by 98win
• Has never previously been banned from using the 98win platform
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any responsible gambling programme
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active 98win account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud against the platform.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. 98win reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), utility bill, or other relevant documents.

All financial transactions on 98win are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 98win only accepts payment methods that are valid and licensed in Malaysia.

All successful deposits are credited to your 98win account in real time, or within 5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of transaction.

4.1 General Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("same-source rule")
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Standard members are permitted up to 3 withdrawal requests per day
• Platinum and Diamond members enjoy priority withdrawals with faster processing times

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier and chosen payment method. In general, withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are processed within 5–30 minutes for standard members, and instantly for Diamond members. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take slightly longer depending on the bank's operating hours.

4.3 Reasons a Withdrawal May Be Delayed

98win reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals while an investigation is in progress if there are indications of the following activities:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Violation of bonus wagering terms (rollover requirements not met)
• KYC documents incomplete or suspected to be invalid
• Violation of platform terms of use

98win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly VIP cashback, daily deposit bonuses, festive bonuses, and VIP Rewards. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which may vary between promotions.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before withdrawal is permitted
• The standard rollover requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 15x the bonus amount received
• Rollover requirements must be met within the designated timeframe for each bonus
• Cancelled, voided, or settled bets with odds below 1.50 do not count towards rollover
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at any one time

5.2 Bonuses Are Non-Transferable

98win bonuses are exclusive to the account they are credited to and may not be transferred to another account, converted to cash, or used in any manner not specified in the relevant bonus terms.

All bets placed on 98win — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, ICC cricket, e-sports), Live Casino, slots, and other games — are subject to the specific rules of each product.

6.1 Final and Binding Results

Betting results at 98win are final once confirmed by the system. Any technical errors that occur during a match or game will be investigated and resolved in accordance with 98win's policies. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, the relevant bets will be voided and funds returned to the member's account.

6.2 Football & Sports Betting

• Pre-match bets placed before an official change in team composition is announced will be honoured based on the information available at the time the bet was placed
• In-play (live) bets are final once confirmed by the 98win system
• 98win reserves the right to void any bets placed based on incorrectly displayed odds resulting from a technical error

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

All Live Casino games and slots on 98win use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by independent international bodies. In the event of a technical disconnection during gameplay, any unresolved game outcomes will be settled based on the first valid result recorded by the 98win server.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 98win login credentials confidential — including your username, password, registered phone number, and OTP codes. 98win will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or live chat.

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and symbols)
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family members

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98win platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

All content on the 98win platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 98win and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

You not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or exploit any 98win content without prior written permission from 98win. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal legal action.

98win is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance
• Betting losses resulting from unfavourable match or game outcomes
• Technical errors occurring beyond 98win's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from the use of information from third parties (analysis, betting tips, etc.)

98win reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 98win customer support team.

11.1 Balance Upon Account Closure

If your account is closed at your own request and no breach of terms has occurred, your cash balance (excluding any bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit within 5 business days.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 98win reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including bonuses, winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, and accumulated VIP points.

98win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the 98win website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 98win operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.
